Per-payment figures are the all-in total divided by 3 and rounded. The number of payments and the schedule differ by partner — Happy Pay splits over 2 — and your own plan depends on that partner's approval. You see it in full before you confirm. Fares are the lowest seen for a sample date about six weeks out, not a quote; airline pricing moves constantly.

About Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv runs along fourteen kilometres of Mediterranean beach and is the most secular, late-night city in the region — Bauhaus architecture in the White City, a serious food scene, and Jaffa's old port at the southern end.
There is a substantial South African community in Israel and this route carries a great deal of family travel. Jerusalem is about an hour inland.
Getting in from the airport
Ben Gurion (TLV) is about 20 km south-east of Tel Aviv, roughly 20 to 30 minutes. Trains run to central Tel Aviv in about 15 minutes, though they do not operate from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening for Shabbat.
Entry requirements for South African passport holders
Israel has generally admitted South African passport holders for short tourist stays without a visa arranged in advance, subject to immigration approval on arrival, and has been introducing an electronic travel authorisation. Entry procedures can involve detailed questioning. Confirm the current requirement well before travelling, and check your government's current travel advice for the region.
Entry rules change. Confirm the current requirements with the destination's embassy or consulate before you travel — this page is a guide, not an authority.
